Today we celebrated a truly special milestone — John’s 100th birthday! A lifelong Birmingham City FC supporter, John was overjoyed to be visited by club legends Malcolm Page, Joe Gallagher, Tony Want, Garry Pendrey, and Keith Bertschin.
The day was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments — from a signed Blues shirt, a customised keepsake brochure, and even a letter from King Charles.
The celebration was a joint effort between our amazing team and John’s wonderful family, who turned out in full force — some travelling all the way from Australia to be part of this special day.
A pop-up bar, a buffet, and live music from our very own Sue singing the classics created a joyful atmosphere that had John beaming all day.
