The role will require you to provide the best possible care and support to our residents, whilst also overseeing a team of Care Assistants.

This is a full time permanent position:
36 hours per week - 12 hour shifts
Responsibilities
Overall duties include:
- Lead a team of care assistants with responsibility for training new staff
- Ownership and delivery of care plans
- Ensuring residents receive the highest possible quality of care and support, monitoring general health and reporting any concerns
- Communication and building rapport with residents and their families
- Delivery and monitoring of medication, and completing audits
- Providing personal care and assistance with mealtimes when required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience with Dementia preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible and creative approach
